  • Who is Diversys?

    We’re a team of software and recycling management people, using our skills to offer SaaS solutions to the resource recovery and waste management industries. From our time working in recycling management, we saw how kludgy and difficult current, paper-based methods of tracking recycling are. We come up with ideas that transform recycling and waste management program.

  • What does the Diversys platform consist of?

    Diversys software is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) that has two parts:

    1. A mobile app used by participants (service providers) to report their waste and recycling activities from in the field (.e.g material pick ups or drop offs)

    2. A web portal that you use in the office to track those activities. The web portal is also where you use dashboards and metrics to measure your program's performance, create reports, and complete other back-office functions. The two work together to give you a complete picture of your recycling or waste management process.

  • Does Diversys work for all waste or recycling streams?

    Yes. Diversys is flexible and robust, so it can easily be configured by any waste management or recycling organization to support any waste stream. You define the parameters, workflows, and processes in order to meet your needs.

  • How fast can I get Diversys up and running?

    We have a comprehensive onboarding process and dedicated team, and we can have you operational within 30 days.

  • What support do you provide to get me up and running with Diversys? Am I on my own?

    From the moment you sign up for Diversys, we're with you every step of the way. That includes a comprehensive assessment of your needs, custom set up and configuration of your account, training for your staff and participants, and our support helpdesk staffed with our own local technical talent.

     

    We don't consider you fully set up until you do.

  • Do I have to install Diversys on my computer? How do I get updates?

    There is nothing to install on your computer. You can access Diversys through your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) or download the mobile app to your iPad, iPhone, or Android device. We’ll let you know when we’ve updated something, but updates are automatic – they do not require you to do anything. We do it all.

  • What are the software and hardware requirements to use Diversys?

    DIVERSYS WEB PORTAL:

    You can access the Diversys web portal from any web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on any laptop, computer or phone, as long as you have an internet connection.

     

    DIVERSYS MOBILE APP

    The mobile app can be found on the Apple App Store and can be downloaded on iPads and iPhones,or it can be found on the Google Play Store and can be downloaded to Android devices.


    Devices Connectivity: 

    • Cellular plan (phones) or Wi-Fi connectivity at the time of completing business on the Mobile App
    • SIM card and cellular plan (tablets) or Wi-Fi connectivity at the time of completing business on the Mobile App

    Device Models and OS:

    • Android: Android supported device with OS which is capable of receiving security updates (as of Feb 2022: SDK 29 (OS 10) and up), RAM: minimum of 1 GB
    • Apple:  Apple supported device with latest iOS (as of Feb 2022: iOS 15.3.1)

  • Can Diversys integrate with my existing ERP, CRM, or Accounting systems?

    Yes. Diversys is designed to be an open and extensible platform. We can customize any integration in order to ensure you achieve your business objectives.

  • What new features are you planning for Diversys?
